Peter was admitted to practice in 1979 after serving with the Attorney General’s Department for over ten years, working in the NSW Courts of Petty Sessions. In 1980, Peter and the late Paul Trisley went into partnership and established Paul Trisley Kilmurray & Co, later to be shortened to Trisley & Kilmurray.

Now as Principal of Peter Kilmurray Lawyers and with more than 40 years experience in legal practice, Peter deals with a wide variety of legal areas, focusing particularly on commercial and property matters and wills and estates. Peter’s areas of specialty include: complex estate planning including testamentary trusts, property law and commercial leasing, and civil litigation.
